Session 1:

Approx. 2 hours

Your journey to vibrant health starts with a deep dive through your kitchen cabinets as we begin the process of setting you up for success. We will remove the items that aren’t the best for your body and we’ll learn about healthy alternatives. 

Session 2:

Approx. 2 hours

The second stage of our Kitchen Reboot is a guided grocery and farm store tour to replenish your kitchen with all of the items that will nourish and enliven you and your family. Rachel will share her favorite shopping tips and tricks and will teach you how to pick produce, how to shop with a conscience, and how to have fun doing it!

Session 3:

Approx. 2 hours

Once we have your kitchen stocked with delicious and nutritious goodies, Rachel will cook a meal with you and share some of her favorite cooking hacks and healthy eating tips.
